Emirates SkyCargo
Temperature-managed air freight out of Dubai for pallet and bulk volumes. Cool chain from our loading bay to the destination airport, with export documentation, health certificates and customs paperwork prepared here.
DHL Express
Door-to-door express for retail orders and samples. Insulated packing with cold gel, tracked end to end, typically 3–6 business days depending on the country.
Bulk and wholesale: 3 business days
Because we run our own production, large orders do not wait on a supplier. Once a bulk or private-label order ships, it is in transit for 3 business days. Talk to us about volumes, lead times and your own label.

- Every box is packed insulated, with cold gel packs sized to the journey.
- UAE deliveries travel in refrigerated vans, not a courier’s boot.
- Summer international orders leave early in the week so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.
- If chocolate ever arrives damaged by heat, send us a photo and we replace it.
Returns
- Food safety rules mean we cannot take back chocolate that has been opened or left our cold chain.
- Anything damaged, melted or wrong in your box is replaced or refunded in full — tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the claim.
